Grosvenor Waterside is a stunning dockside development located in the highly desirable borough of Chelsea. Positioned on the River Thames on the north side of Chelsea Bridge, and close to the fashionable neighbourhoods of Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, Grosvenor Waterside intends to be a new cultural destination for Chelsea, representing a unique fusion of art, history and urban architecture.
The Project features exceptionally designed 622 residential apartments distributed among three buildings: Caro Point, Bramah House, and Moore House. Facilities in the development include secure underground parking, a 24-hour security service, excellent concierge services, and state-of-the-art leisure facilities including retail and recreation areas .
The impressive Grosvenor Waterside development was the brainchild of a collection of architecture firms including Twigg Brown and Allies and Morrison. Completed in 2011, the development is now recognised as a major contributor to London’s urban green environment, meanwhile the Caro Point building has earned a ‘Very Good’ rating under the BREEAM EcoHomes assessment system.
