Our Code of Conduct defines our ethical principles and the standards that govern the business relations between QDREIC employees, and its contractors, consultants and suppliers.
QDREIC’s Code of Conduct is based on the following key principles:

Our Code of Conduct
prohibits QDREIC employees under any circumstances from promising, offering, soliciting or accepting bribes, or facilitating payments of such. QDREIC employees are not to solicit or accept gifts or entertainment from current or prospective customers, vendors or any other individual or business. QDREIC employees are expected to tactfully refuse gift or entertainment, unless its value is clearly nominal and within the limits prescribed in QDREIC policies. Accepting gifts in the form of cash, securities, air tickets, loans under preferred conditions or jobs for relations is prohibited.
We respectfully ask for your cooperation in communicating our ethical principles and standards to all individuals in your company who deal with QDREIC employees. We are looking forward to ensure that all our contractors, consultants and suppliers are familiar with our Code of Conduct and make compliance with this document a high priority.
