Qatar Chamber, Qatari Diar sign an agreement to purchase Qatar Chamber’s new headquarters in Lusail City

HE the Minister of Commerce and Industry attended the signing of an agreement to purchase Qatar Chamber’s (QC) new headquarters in the Commercial Street in Lusail City. The agreement was signed by HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of Qatar Chamber, and Eng. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar, during the opening of Cityscape Qatar 2021. 
HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Jassim Al Thani, Chairman of Qatar Chamber (QC) said: “We are pleased to sign this agreement to purchase the Chamber’s new headquarters in Lusail City, with its state-of-the-art infrastructure and the investment opportunities it offers, to keep pace with the renaissance witnessed by Qatar, and it will be equipped to become a real home for businessmen and to provide all the services to the private sector.”

Eng. Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, CEO of Qatari Diar said: “The Chamber’s shifting to Lusail City is an important addition to the services provided by the city, which hosts many ministries, government entities, major local and international companies and institutions, and we are pleased that Qatar Chamber is one of these entities.”
 
The building that was sold to be the new headquarters of Qatar Chamber, is a commercial/administrative building with a unique modern design located in the main Commercial Street ‘Drab Lusail’ in the heart of Lusail City, on a land area of 7,687 square meters and total rental area of about 17,000 square meters with a height of ten floors.​ ​​​​​
