Qatari Diar has honored a number of distinguished real estate developers in Lusail in recognition of their commitment to excellence, sustainability, and enhancing community impact, on the sidelines of Cityscape Qatar 2025.

Sheikh Jabor Bin Mansour Bin Jabor Al Thani received the Outstanding Developer Award for the OQ Hotel project, while Fahad Yaqoub Al Jaidah and Yaqoub Al Jaidah earned the Sustainable Project Award after their project achieved the GSAS 5-Star certification in line with the highest sustainability standards. In addition, Mr. Shane Eldstrom was granted the Social and Economic Impact Award for the Place Vendôme Mall project, in recognition of its added social and economic value to Lusail City.
